Please read the registration policies of A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate carefully. These policies are written to ensure the most efficient registration process possible. By registering for any course, you are agreeing to accept these policies. Contact us before registration with any question concerning A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate or its registration policies.
- Payments for courses are refundable (minus a fee of $25 for processing if paid by credit card) for up to 5 days from the date of initial payment or until student attends class, which ever occurs first. After this, payments may be applied to a future class for up to six (6) months from the date of initial payment. After six (6) months all monies will be forfeited. There is a cancellation fee of $50 plus costs of materials (if applicable) for all course refund requests for live courses.
- After registration, a student may transfer to another class. There is a transfer fee of $25.
- All exam prep classes are non-refundable.
- All online classes are non-refundable. Other restrictions apply for online courses. See online Courses section for details.
Once issued, books are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
