Having earned her Real Estate Instructor’s permit in 2016, Liz Logan brings a wealth of real estate experiences amassed in over thirty years as a real estate licensee to A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate. Her experiences have ranged from apartment leasing to recruiting and training a team of 20 real estate agents to currently establishing Logan Real Estate as broker/owner. Liz has also successfully managed a property portfolio of 100 residential properties. Liz is active professionally with committee work at Space Coast Realtors, serving on the Education, Consumer outreach and Global education committees. Liz has recently been appointed to the Planning Commission for the city of Rockledge. A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate is delighted to have her affiliation as a member of its instructional team!
Stew Spence flaunts a diverse business and real estate background and has complemented the instructional program of A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate since 2013. Having graduated from college, Stew started his professional career as an accountant, but heeded the call for business and entrepreneurial enterprise. He ultimately settled upon real estate. Previously licensed in Canada, California and Arizona, Stew has been licensed as a real estate broker in Florida since 1994. He began investing in 1998. He has owed or represented land development companies, hotels and motels, apartment and multi-family properties, condo conversions, commercial office buildings and mobile home parks. In summary, Stew he has bought and sold or has been involved with real estate transactions in excess of $50,000,000. Stew also worked as a real estate trainer in real estate investment curricula.
Today Stew is mostly retired and stays active by buying and rehabbing properties for his own account, and in instructing real estate classes.
Kymberly has been teaching Real Estate License law classes with A + Plus Schools of Real Estate since 2012. She is the broker/owner of YourPropertyPros, LLC and Lietzow Realty LLC. Kymberly began her real estate career over 30 years ago as a Real Estate Paralegal in the Miami area and has experience as a Licensed Title Agent and Manager of two local Brevard County title companies. Kymberly’s past business accomplishments include community and civic involvement. She has served as a member of numerous committees at the Space Coast Association of Realtors including: MLS, Foreign Affairs, Ethics and Professional Standards. Kymberly was a recipient of the Affiliate of the Year Award in 2004. She is a Graduate of Lead Brevard and was an Executive Director of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce. She has also served as a Director on numerous local Boards including: Home Builders and Contractors Association; Space Coast World Trade Council; Brevard Manufacturing and Technology Association; Brevard Commission on Aging; and, the Brevard Child Care Association of Florida.
Kymberly is married and has two adult children. Her son is a U.S. Naval Officer and her daughter is currently pursuing a nursing degree.
Cindy has been involved in the real estate business since 1993, beginning her career as office manager and personal assistant to a renown real estate broker specializing in waterfront and prestige residential properties in Hollywood, FL. Having relocated from South Florida in 1998 with her family, she became licensed as a sales-associate in 2001 and worked with Don to establish S&D Realty Exchange, Inc. and A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate in 2003 in Melbourne. Cindy earned her real estate broker’s license in 2011.
Cindy is the registrar and administrator for A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate where she is primarily responsible with state compliance issues and student documentation.
