Liz Logan, Broker, License Law Instructor

Having earned her Real Estate Instructor’s permit in 2016, Liz Logan brings a wealth of real estate experiences amassed in over thirty years as a real estate licensee to A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate. Her experiences have ranged from apartment leasing to recruiting and training a team of 20 real estate agents to currently establishing Logan Real Estate as broker/owner. Liz has also successfully managed a property portfolio of 100 residential properties. Liz is active professionally with committee work at Space Coast Realtors, serving on the Education, Consumer outreach and Global education committees. A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate is delighted to have her affiliation as a member of its instructional team!

Stew Spence, Broker, License Law Instructor

Stew Spence flaunts a diverse business and real estate background and has complemented the instructional program of A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate since 2013. Having graduated from college, Stew started his professional career as an accountant, but heeded the call for business and entrepreneurial enterprise. He ultimately settled upon real estate. Previously licensed in Canada, California and Arizona, Stew has been licensed as a real estate broker in Florida since 1994. He began investing in 1998. He has owed or represented land development companies, hotels and motels, apartment and multi-family properties, condo conversions, commercial office buildings and mobile home parks. In summary, Stew he has bought and sold or has been involved with real estate transactions in excess of $50,000,000. Stew also worked as a real estate trainer in real estate investment curricula.

Today Stew is mostly retired and stays active by buying and rehabbing properties for his own account, and in instructing real estate classes.

Kymberly Lietzow, Broker-Associate, License Law Instructor, FMS, GRI, CDPE,TRC,AHWD,SFR

With a passion to share her experience, knowledge, and insights about real estate, Kymberly has been teaching Pre and Post License classes with A + Plus Schools of Real Estate since 2012. As a seasoned professional, Kymberly currently is a broker-associate with Southern Tropics Real Estate. Having begun her career as a real estate paralegal and having worked in the title industry as well where she acquired important fundamental skills for the business, she strove to enhance her professional competence by earning a multitude of real estate designations. Furthermore, her accomplishments boast community and civic involvement as a former Board of Director member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she has served on professional committees, such as Professional Standards with Space Coast Realtors.

Kymberly is married to Barry Lietzow, a successful realtor in the area. She has two adult children.

Cindy S. DeLucas, Broker-Associate, SRES, e-PRO

Cindy has been involved in the real estate business since 1993, beginning her career as office manager and personal assistant to a renown real estate broker specializing in waterfront and prestige residential properties in Hollywood, FL. Having relocated from South Florida in 1998 with her family, she became licensed as a sales-associate in 2001 and worked with Don to establish S&D Realty Exchange, Inc. and A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate in 2003 in Melbourne. Cindy earned her real estate broker’s license in 2011.

Cindy is the registrar and administrator for A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate where she is primarily responsible with state compliance issues and student documentation.

Cindy is an HGTV junkie and is the proud grandmother of three. She and Don enjoy real estate investing, travel and reading. Send email to Cindy

Cheryl McDermott, Broker, License Law Instructor, CDPE

A previous student herself of A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate, Cheryl McDermott has been a member of the instructional team since 2014, instructing pre-licensing courses for the school. Hailing from Washington State, Cheryl relocated to Florida in 2006 and began her real estate career shortly thereafter. With her Broker’s license and earning the CDPE Designation, Cheryl opened her own brokerage in 2015 where she specializes in working with investors and distressed properties. In addition, she is working toward the completion of a degree in Career & Technical Education with UCF.

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys scuba diving, dancing and motorcycling. She is a Board of Director at Angel Wings Parrot Rescue, owning rescue dogs and parrots herself. Send email to Cheryl
