Some of the topics covered in this introductory survey course are business planning, goal setting, time management techniques, lead generation, CRM’s, social media, CMA fundamentals, listing contracts and presentations, pitfalls of purchase contracts, the closing process, and overcoming objections in the sales process.

This course is recommended for newly licensed sales-associates to be taken prior to the sales post licensing course. The course is also applicable for sales-associates who are returning to the real estate market or profession.
