Florida Real Estate Sales Associates Course
Post-Licensing Education for Real Estate Sales Associates goes beyond the principles and practices you have already learned to explain practical ways to approach every aspect of your new career.
45-Hour Post-Licensing Education for Real Estate Sales Associates
This course is an intensive program for state exam preparation. Completely interactive, this course enables the student to select topics and questions to further enhance and personalize subject matter and test taking skills.
Florida Exam Prep for Sales Associates and Brokers
Two (2) separate courses are needed to renew the initial broker's license. Each is comprised of 30 hours (with exam), thus totaling 60 hours. The courses may be taken in any sequence.
Broker Post License Course
This course is the prescribed 72 hour course covering the curriculum to fulfill the Brokers pre-license education requirement. Topics include, but are not limited to, appraising, finance, closing statements, brokerage operations, license law, escrow management and investment analysis.
Broker Pre-License Course
Applicable for renewal for both the Sales-Associate and Brokers licenses, this course is a self-paced, interactive approach designed to facilitate the biennial renewal process and keep the student compliant with license law and FREC updates.
14 Hour Continuing Education Course (for Sales-Associates and Brokers)
This course fulfills the Florida Real Estate Commission's 28 hour Reactivation Course for brokers and sales associates who have held an involuntary inactive Florida Real Estate License for more than 12 months but fewer than 24 months.
